Good Ground Co. is a land investment company that purchases vacant land directly from property owners in Wisconsin, Florida, and Tennessee. Our services include:

• Providing no-obligation cash offers for vacant land
• Coordinating with title companies for closing
• Handling paperwork and closing costs
• Listing available properties for sale
• Communicating with property owners via phone, email, and SMS/text messaging

We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we purchase properties as principals for our own investment purposes.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive approximately 2-5 messages per month if you are actively engaged in selling your property, or fewer if we are simply following up on an inquiry. We do not send unsolicited marketing blasts.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Good Ground Co. is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.

Carrier Liability

Carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. However, not all carriers guarantee delivery of every message.

4. Consent & Opt-In

By submitting your phone number through any form on our website, checking an opt-in box, or texting us directly, you provide your express written consent to receive SMS/text messages from Good Ground Co. at the phone number you provided.

Your consent includes receiving messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice technology when applicable. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are authorized to approve any applicable charges.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Good Ground Co. at any time using any of the following methods:

By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that Good Ground Co. will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Good Ground Co., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Site caused damage to a third party

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Wisconsin for resolution of any disputes.
